About me

I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. After graduating from college, I moved to the Czech Republic (now Czechia) and later Germany to work for various communications and consulting companies. I then attended law school in Boston, Massachusetts.

My legal career has been focused on real estate and urban development from the start. I started my career in Boston in the nonprofit space. Along the way I had stops at a mid-size law firm and real estate consulting firm before moving back to Austin to realize my professional goal of serving as general counsel for an urban infill real estate developer. In 2023 I decided to hang out out my own shingle so that I could support other clients doing meaningful work.

Iā€™m a sustainable development and affordable housing advocate doing my best to help shape Austin and other Texas cities for the future. I currently live in east Austin with my family and spend my free time gardening, hiking, and wilderness backpacking.
